By downloading, accessing, or using the Yoflow mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. Yoflow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Service Description
Yoflow provides a platform for creating yoga sequences and receiving AI-generated recommendations. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or medical advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
4. Health Disclaimer
Yoflow does not provide medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional before performing any exercises. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable. You use such content at your own risk.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
7. Subscription and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
8. Credit System
Credits provided under the Pro plan are valid only during the subscription period, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Refund Policy
All payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made through the respective platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Yoflow is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
